The website Ladria.hr is allowed to be used for private purposes without any usage fees, respecting the terms and conditions of use. By using the webshop (online store) Ladria.hr you undertake to comply with the stated rules and conditions.
REGISTRATION
In order to buy through the Ladria.hr webshop, registration is not mandatory. If you don't want to enter your shipping address and payment method information every time during your purchase, quick registration is recommended. It is enough to enter a valid e-mail address, personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, city, telephone number) and an arbitrary password used to access the user account once. It is recommended to use a combination of characters, ie. upper and lower case letters.
After entering these details, complete the registration by clicking on the "Registration" box. Your user account remains registered in the system and is accessed by entering your user name and password on the "Log In" page. For each subsequent purchase, only login with username and password is required.
In case you have forgotten your password, on the same page select "Lost your password?". On this site you will leave your e-mail address with which you registered and to which the system will automatically send you a link to reset the password. You can later change it yourself in your account settings.
RECEIVING ORDERS
The goods are ordered through an electronic form. The webshop is always open for orders and has no opening hours for orders. Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The customer needs to fill in the "Profile with basic data" for billing and delivery of the desired products, and will be notified of the completed order by e-mail.
For the product you want to buy, click "Add to Cart". In the cart you can choose quantities or cancel the purchase. Once you have selected the desired items, click on the cart and select "Checkout". On the checkout page, fill in your details, select your shipping method, then your payment method, and select "Order". A notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer of the goods by phone or e-mail. All other products ordered will be delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the online store www.ladria.eu is also protected by L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo exercising the sole right of its use. For any commercial use of the content of the www.ladria.eu pages, you must first contact the email address info@ladria.eu.

The "Returns and Complaints" section contains the following information and additional clarifications related to:
- information on the terms, conditions and procedure for exercising the right to unilateral termination of the contract, as well as on the form for unilateral termination of the contract in accordance with Article 74 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law.
- information about the fact that the buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods in the event that he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Law on Consumer Protection, that is, about the costs of returning the goods in the event that in the contracts of distance goods cannot be returned due to their nature returned by post in the usual way
- information about the fact that, in case of exercising his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Law on Consumer Protection, after submitting a request in accordance with Article 64 or Article 70 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the buyer will be obliged to pay the trader a reasonable part of the price in accordance with article 77 paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Law.
- information about the fact that the client cannot use the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Law on Consumer Protection in cases where, based on Article 79 of the Law on Consumer Protection, that right is excluded, i.e. based on the assumptions according to which the consumer loses the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
The seller is responsible for the material defects of the goods in accordance with the relevant positive regulations.
The mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in case of a dispute between a consumer and a merchant, a request can be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts or a proposal for conciliation in conciliation centers. The procedure before the courts of honor is carried out in accordance with the Regulations for the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Regulations for the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, which stipulate that the members of the councils of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, are also consumer advocates. Conciliation before the conciliation centers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Conciliation Law and in accordance with the Conciliation Rules of the Conciliation Center.
