Get enough sleep.
The importance of sleep for overall health has long been known, but what most people struggle with is the inability to achieve the necessary 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
To achieve this, we advise you to relax as much as possible before going to bed - a warm bath or shower is a great way to relax your body. Keep your evening meal light and do not eat 2 hours before bedtime.
But most importantly - don't waste time on your cell phone before bed, but turn off all screens and instead reach for your favorite book.
Make your diet healthy and balanced
For your body to successfully cope with stress, it is crucial to provide it with sufficient amounts of micro and macro nutrients, and this is best achieved with a healthy and balanced diet.
Try to eat at least 500 grams of a variety of fruits and vegetables every day to provide your body with enough fiber, vitamins, and minerals to successfully cope with stress.

Stay moving!
We're all familiar with the saying "a healthy mind in a healthy body" – we agree with it! A healthy body will have a greater ability to cope with stress.

Take moments for yourself
